Dr. Homan Rabizadeh

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Homan Rabizadeh is a native of the Washington DC area, raised by loving and hard-working immigrant parents. He received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from SUNY Farmingdale State College. During this time, he worked as a research intern for a Biopharmaceutical company where he concentrated on the development of vaccines for head and neck carcinoma.

Dr. Homan later pursued an M.S. in Physiology and Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAM) from Georgetown University in 2012. During this time, Dr. Homan was fortunate to have as a mentor an Integrative Physician from George Washington University Hospital who was instrumental in Dr. Homan's developing interest in CAM. Together they developed Group Medical Visits which was the first of its kind in the greater Washington DC area.

After graduation, Dr. Homan worked as an Adjunct Professor teaching Anatomy & Physiology courses. In 2014, Dr. Homan began his studies at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Arizona where he obtained his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Homan recently completed an accredited one-year residency program in Bellevue, WA under Dr. Virender Sodhi where he observed and treated complex patient cases in general medicine with a focus in Integrative Oncology and Ayurvedic Medicine.

Dr. Homan joins Holistique as a second-year resident and looks forward to helping people by encouraging disease prevention through lifestyle changes and promoting nature cure. His areas of focus include Cardiovascular Disease, Men’s Health, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Anti-Aging Medicine, and has received extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In his personal time, Dr. Homan enjoys learning about aviation and meteorology; he is a certified student pilot and plans to complete his flight training in the near future. Dr. Homan loves to recharge in nature and enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring the beauty of the PNW. He also highly values spending time with family and connecting to those dear to him.
